I am surprised. Amazon has been nothing but good to me. Best Buy on the other hand, has sold me a lemon TV that I cannot return to until it breaks three times according to the 4 year service plan they sold me. It's broken for the third time within two years but I don't have time to return it. When they sold me the 4 year plan it was a plan where they come to my home. That was a lie. The contract requires me to run around with 60 pounds of TV. Wow! I am surprised. Amazon has been nothing but good to me.

Granted, I have only ordered books, CD's and DVD's, but prices are always the lowest, the best selections and delivery is in a timely manner. Many times I am later sent an email to rate the product and then it is posted online. Kudos to Amazon is all I have to say - one extraordinary company!!!
