James;

Glad to hear you're OK. Earthmother is right - you should be spanked. I've been there with a heart "episode." Kept having these chest pains but they'd go away quickly. Then they'd come back with waves of nausea - and go away as quickly as they came. this went on for about 2 months.

It happened one morning last February when my wife was around and she saw the signs, gave me no options and called 911. I now have two stents in my heart and feel better than I have in several years. Go figure - I've eaten healthy for the past 25 years.

I was lucky!

Sorry to read about Spot. What a huge empty feeling you must have. Try to be a bit encouraged by the fact that it looks like a populated area. She has a good chance of finding help.

I have friends just to the South in Houston. It's a long shot but I passed your flyer on to them.

you waited?

your Mom would have spanked you for that....glad you are recovering.

positive change sometimes sucks...... but it will keep you alive a tad longer

Hi James,
I'm sending good thoughts your way for your recovery. Glad it was a teeny stroke.
And I hope your cat gets back to you, too. I've had two good cats over the years and I know how attached we can get to them.
