Current status: my body is asking for less coffee and caffeine. I am happy to have switched to tea because it feels so much better! With a program in motion, a level 2, and a new program launch coming up, all the more reason to slow down. I used to not invest in my environment, and now I realize how extremely important it is. These are my new gem babies for my home office. I actually went there for citrine.. so now I have a reason to go back 😉. I got that amazing amethyst (my birthstone) for Crown chakra activation and clearing the energy in my workspace (and home). A Clear Quartz generator for expanding spiritual consciousness and enhanced energy, especially as I am working with others and creating content, and Tiger’s Eye which was my favorite stone as a child, for connecting to my intuition and solar plexus, and for physical and emotional strength. Seriously. This was extra hard for me because 1. I had no idea how to help myself 2. I had developed over-responsibility for other people and 3. I thought healing my diet and my habits would mean I’d immediately feel BETTER !!? Actually...your body might ache. You might be more tired than you’ve ever been. You will have to say no. You will need to CREATE SPACE. You will have to set and honor new boundaries. Because you will need down time. (I now consider myself a *Boundary Warrior* 🧝🏼♀️🌟and I thank God for that.) Another hard thing? You’ll need MORE HONESTY. About what you’re repeatedly doing and about what ISN’T WORKING. You’ll need courage to let those things go and to try new things that *might not work right away.* You’ll have to learn from that, and sometimes that learning includes frustration. You’ll also need to practice welcoming peace into your life. The body and its ways sometimes take us down steep and winding roads. You have to persevere. Every step you take has to be taken in Faith, not fear. It’s not easy. When you want it bad enough, it is all 100% possible. You can do this. I’m here if you need guidance💛 Repost @yung_pueblo
